SUCK-O-RAMA!

Well as I mentioned earlier, running a 2.5lb bottle with around 800psi I was running out of volume and pressure. A quick phone call to Guy Caputo of Tiger Racing resulted in him sending me one of his cool under the hump 2lb bottle mount kits! He also has a cool under hump glove box. This thing is well thought out and very affordable.

Just remove your stock passenger set pan and latch

Just remove your stock passenger set pan and latch, bolt in the new catches and latch mount, add the foam tape for a tight rattle free fit.

I put a little duct tape in there so it wouldn't scratch my bottle which is held in place by velcro tape. now if you were the sneaky type no one would really have to know you were on the dope.

Oh looky there!

I guess I could always say “sure I’ll race without using the Dope” then pull the swingarm bottle!

With 4.5lbs on tap now running low on volume is no longer an issue. I should be able to pull all the way out the back door without problems. Also I scored an automatic bottle heater from a local drag racer (thanks to Mike Nichols). All of a sudden the HeavyBus is starting to look more like a NASA Space Shuttle!

At the SportBike Extravaganza that I promoted in May, we had a Top HP Shootout. I really didn’t feel like I should enter as the Title Sponsor and Promoter, plus I paid for the Trophies, I don’t want that stuff in my way! But at the end of the day after I handed out first and second place trophies, people kept coming around asking if or when i was going to dyno the HeavyBus. And of course you know there was NO WAY I was going to let 2 Kawasaki’s go home and tell everyone how they beat all of the Busa’s. so I Loaded up the HeavyBus and let her rip! With the 2 bottle setup and 950psi it laid down 218hp! I’m pretty happy and the numbers seem to be right in line with what Nitrous Express has told me. I’m going to be running around 1100psi of bottle pressure in October at the Mile and re-geared for 210mph and 215mph so hang on! This all started out as “ExtremeBusa.com heads for 200mph”" well not anymore! Hang on guys as We head for 210mph or 215mph!

A quick note here, we are not rich, just the average Middle income working family like most of you. It has taken a huge investment in time, labor and money for me to get a certificate and a T-Shirt. I could have never done this without the support of some great Sponsors:
George Faris and ExtremeBusa.com, FamilyPowerSports.com, Brock’s Performance, Nitrous Express, GenMar Bar Risers, Tiger Racing, and last but not least all of my readers/fans/friends! I have over 55,000 internet views on forum boards where I post about racing, tons of views on YouTube and Facebook, and the television show teaser. Sponsors love exposure so each and every one of you have really been the ones to get me this far and keep me going, because without the readers there wouldn’t be any Sponsors, so thank you everyone!

There’s more to come!
